All MIMI orders are processed and shipped from the United States.
Preorder Items
Some items, including limited first-run drops, may be sold as preorder items. Preorder items are produced after the order window opens or closes. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production, processing, and fulfillment before your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer is active. Orders that qualify for free shipping will show the free shipping option at checkout.
Processing and Fulfillment
In-stock items typically ship within 3 to 7 business days.
Preorder items typically require 3 to 5 weeks for production, processing, and fulfillment.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production delays, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to keep customers updated if there are major delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MIMI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MIMI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
